D | 　　当日，中共山西省委宣传部、山西省人民政府新闻办公室举办开局起步“十五五”系列主题新闻发布会。乔飞鸿表示，临汾作为全省粮食主产区，特别是夏粮主产区，肩负着保障国家粮食安全的重大政治责任。

E | “十五五”期间，该市将锚定农业强市建设目标，以推进乡村全面振兴为总抓手，坚持产量产能、生产生态、增产增收一体推进，坚决扛牢“晋南粮仓”的政治责任。　　立足临汾十年九旱、山区丘陵地块零散的现实短板，当地集成推进良田、良种、良法、良机“四良”协同配套。“十五五”末将累计建成高标准农田378万亩，支持种业企业与科研院所开展育种联合攻关，因地制宜推广“水肥一体化+合理密植”以及数智赋能等先进农艺技术，提高主要农作物全程机械化水平。　　“针对我市小农户占比高、分散经营突出的现状，大力推广全链条、菜单式托管模式，确保全市托管面积稳定在650万亩以上。”乔飞鸿介绍，临汾将健全农业生产社会化服务体系，同时着力培育家庭农场、农民专业合作社等新型经营主体，提升粮食产业综合效益与市场竞争力。　　此外，临汾还将全面落实惠农补贴政策，积极推进农业保险扩面、提标、增品，构建风险兜底长效机制，真正实现“种粮不吃亏、务农有收益”，并增强防灾能力。

F | 　　“‘十五五’期间，我市将始终把保障粮食安全作为头等大事，持续抓好各项措施的落实，全方位夯实粮食安全根基。”乔飞鸿表示。
